Dave already had a nice 6 foot wide Great Northern dock, but wasn't happy with the existing deck that the dock started from. The transition from the land to the dock was awkward. The old deck was constantly being moved by the ice and was too small. We designed a new deck that is adjustable and removable. We used a double ramp system to make a smoother transition from the land elevation down to the water. The new 10' x 16' deck has plenty of room.
